Timon has been with Dufour for more than six years and has played a central role in the company’s technical development. In his new role as Co-CEO for Vision & Products, he will take responsibility for product direction, external representation and communication, while continuing as Chief Engineer for the time being.
Sascha Hardegger will serve as Co-CEO for Operations, focusing on operational execution and the continued development of the business.

Splitting leadership between Vision & Products and Operations gives both sides clear ownership while keeping technical direction and execution closely connected.
